Abstract
Middle China is a significant part in developing China's regional economy.However,the coordination and development of industrial structure are inadequate,the speed of upgrading industrial structure is slow,the overall standard of industrial technology is low,and the upgrading and optimizing of industrial structure advanced by technical innovation is insufficient.Therefore,to accelerate the innovation of industrial technology in middle areas and to push the upgrading and optimizing of industrial structure are practically and strategically significant in reviving Middle China and even in pushing forward the constant,harmonious and stable development of the national economy.
