On boost effect of high & new technology on upgrading industrial structure in China

Abstract
Firstly the paper points out that poor quality of industry and lower level of industrial structure are important problems of industrial structure in China.So upgrading industrial structural is focal point of structural adjustment of industry.And then,the paper analyses the crucial effect of highnew technology on promoting industrial structure to upgrade in China.Aiming at some mistakes,the paper brings forward some policy suggestions.
