The Role of Industrial Informationalization on Upgrading Industrial Structure in China and Policy Suggestions

Abstract

The core of economic globalization is resource allocation globalization and global economic integration.After entering into WTO,China will face opening market condition and the trend of world industrial regulating.In this condition,how to accelerate China's industrial structure upgrading and China's international competitiveness very important issue.Since IT may rapidly spread by low cost and has the characteristics of increasing marginal profits and increasing scale returns,the utilization of information technology is very significant.This paper analyses the role of industrial informationalization on the industrial structure upgrading in China for the third time and also proposes the countermeasures on how to use information technology to promote China's industrial structure upgrading.
