Abstract
Based on the analysis of the changes of the world industrial structure from 1960s,the main mechanisms the developed countries used to optimize their industrial structures and economic growth mode were discussed and the new opportunities and challenges of China′s industrial upgrading and transformation in the trend of the world industrial structure adjustment were explored.It is suggested that China′s industrial upgrading strategy should optimize its inter-industry structural and industrial chain.
