Effects of Benazepril Combined with Chinese Medicine in Treatment of Diabetic Nephropathy

Objective: To investigate the effects and safety of benazepril combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods: 310 cases with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into observation group and control group,155 cases in each group.On the basis of routine treatment,the control group plus benazepril hydrochloride,the observation group on the basis of the control group,be treated with Jinqi Jiangtang tablet,for 12 continuous weeks,total clinical efficiency and laboratory indexes were observed.Results in the observation group and the control group in the total efficiency were respectively 88.4% and 67.7%,with significant difference(χ2=19.29,P0.01).After treatment,in two groups 24 hUMA,HbA1c,SBP,DBP were significantly decreased compared with those before treatment(P0.05,P0.01);after the treatment,in the observation group,24 hUMA,TC,TG,HbA1c,BUN,Cr amplitude decreased than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion: Benazepril combined with Chinese medicine in treatment of diabetic nephropathy,has high clinical efficiency,can reduce urinary albumin,improve clinical symptoms and laboratory indexes,and has no obvious adverse reaction,and is more effective than single western medicine,it is worthy of clinical application.
