CLINICAL STUDY ON EARLY DIABETIC NEPHROPATHY TREATED WITH YIQI LIANWEI DECOCTION COMBINING WITH BENAZEPRIL

Abstract

Objective:Observing the effects of yiqi lianwei decoction combining with benazepril on early diabetic nephropathy and exploring the mechanism.Methods:86Cases with early diabetic nephropathy were divided into treatment and control groups,the control group was given the basic treatment methods such as diabetic diet and controlling blood glucose medicine,etc.the treatment group was given yiqi lianwei decoction to take on the basis of the above treatment methods,2weeks was one treatment course.The changes of indexes such as BUN,SCr,blood lipid,HbA1c,MDA,SOD,CRP and UAER in the two groups were determined before and after treated.Results:The indexes of the treatment group patients were significantly improved except BUN,blood lipid and HbA1c,the effects were better than those patients in control group.Conclusion:The effect of yiqi lianwei decoction combining with benazepril on early diabetic nephropathy were obviously better than that of benazepril.
