An Economic Analysis of the System of Land Conversion in Our Country ——From the Perspective of the Game of Local Government

The rapid demand for land in industrialization urbanization,the protection of farmland and the guarantee of food security are the dilemma in the process of land utilization of our country.There are many problems in the current land expropriation system of our country.They caused local governments to conduct land conversion unevenly and the allocation of land resources between agricultural and non-agricultural use is distorted,which is not conducive to the protection of land rights of farmers and may cause social injustice and the intensification of contradictions.This author applied game theory to investigate the problem from the economic point of view and advanced corresponding policy suggestions.
