Basic Options of the Reform of Land Expropriation System: Peasants' Rights to Land Revenue

Land expropriation is not only the way of converting rural land to urban land,but also the transformation of land ownership with Chinese characteristics.With regard to the issue of land expropriation,the struggles between infringing and defending rights have frequently occurred in recent years,even accelerating to violent conflicts.Therefore,land expropriation system is closely related to the land resources of urban expansion committed by local governments and the livelihood of peasants.In order to reform the current system of land expropriation,to achieve GDP growth and to improve people's livelihood,it needs to explore further improvements in system arrangements concerning intensive land utilization,fair income distribution,and optimal income allocation.
