The Discussion of Land Expropriation Compensation Mechanism Based on Land Development Rights

The issue of compensation for land expropriation is actually the issue of distribution of land increment income,it relates to social harmony and steady development.Due to the absence of the concept of land development rights in the traditional land rights system,land income has possessed by the government or the powerful interests groups,which caused unreasonable compensation for farmers.Thus,on the basis of defining the right of ownership of land development,China should build a new type compensation mechanism of land expropriation,and allocate the income of land development rights reasonably,which is more conducive to protect farmland fundamentally,and maintenance land property rights of farmers.
