Abstract

Objective To compare which one is superiority in result of reliability and methodology of convenience between ECLIA and RIA measurement.Methods The thyroid hormones were measured by ECLIA and RIA.The measurements were compared of precision,sensitivity,coefficient of recovery,linear range and others.Results Precision,sensitivity,coefficient of recovery,linear range of ECLIA have had an advantage over RIA.Conclusion ECLIA is an outstanding method applied in clinical laboratory.
