Abstract
According to the procedure described by NCCLS-EP9-A approved guideline, method comparison for measurement of thyroid hormones TGAb and TPOAb in 80 patients samples and bias estimation were performed in 8 days. The patient's samples were analyzed simultaneously with ECLIA and RIA.The coefficient of correlation was calculated as well as bias was estimated between two methods.Among these 7 tests, relationship between results of ECLIA and RIA was close,5 outcomes of biases were acceptable. In order to insure accuracy and stability of the test outcome, method comparison and bias evaluation should be employed when using a method instead of another method in the same laboratory.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Application details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
