Abstract

Objective To explore the value of detection of β-HCG with ECLIA and RIA.Methods The precision,linear evaluation and recovery test with ECLIA and RIA onβ-HCG were observed.98 cases of patients with β-HCG were detected with ECLIA and RIA.Results Both of the methods had good repeatability.The repeatability of ECLIA was better than that of RIA.Conclusion ECLIA is repeatable and accurate with wide linear range.
