Determination of Danshensu in Compound Danshen Injection by HPLC

Abstract

Aim To determine the contents of danshensu in compound danshen injectn of different factories.Methods A HPLC method has been developed to determine danshensu in compound danshen injection,with a detection wavelength of 281nm.The analysis was carried out by using MeOH∶0.4% HAC(5∶95) as the mobile phase.Conclusion RSD was 0.96%,the recovery was 99.71%.The result was different to different factorys' products.The method of quality control should be estabilished.
