Abstract

Objective:To determinate the content of danshensu in compound danshen with HPLC.Method: Column: Agilent C18(250mm×46.5um);mobilc phase methanol-1% acetic acid;flow rate: 1.0mL/ min;temperature: room temperature;detective wavelength: 280nm.Result: Y=10571X+12.392(r=0.9999) linearity range: 10.2~102.0μg/mL.The content of danshensu in compund danshen extract is 58.66μg/mL,RSD=0.73% in this group averge,recovery was 100.12%,RSD= 0.37%.Conclusion:This method could be used as the analysis method for danshensu in danshen alcohol extract.
