Clinical study on treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver damage by Fufangjiakang tablets

Objective:To study the effects of Fufangjiakang Tablets on hyperthyroidism with liver damage.Methods:For clear diagnosis of 40 cases of hyperthyrodism in patients with liver damage were divided into two groups,one group were used Fufangjiakang tablets(treatment group),the other group were used western medicine treatment(control group).Results:In the treatment group and the control group with a total clinical efficiency of 85.00%,80.00%,after analysis Ridit no significant difference(P0.05).The treatment group can significantly reduce FT3,FT4,ALT,AST,and elevated TSH,no significant difference(P0.05)in the two groups.They,the γ-GT,ALP,TBil indicators,have improved significantly advantage in the treatment group(P0.05),and they,sweating,weakness,bitter,chest-side ache,and so on,have improved significantly advantage in the treatment group(P0.05).Conclusion:For hyperthyroidism with liver damage,it was primary to treat hyperthroidism.It,with small dose of MMI and Herbs(Fufangjiakang Tablets),can get the same effects of the treatment which used large dose MMI,reducing enzyme medicine and protecting liver medicine,and has obvious advantages in improving symptoms and effects of comprehensive treatment of hyperthyroidism with liver damage.
