Abstract
Objective: To study and evaluate the effect of comfort nursing method in the operation room for patients got thoracic surgery.Methods: 70 surgical patients were divided into study group and controlled group randomly(35 cases and 35 cases,respectively).The comfort nursing care which maximized patients' satisfaction was applied in study group and routine nursing care for control group.HAMA was used to assess the degree of anxiety and fear of patients in both groups 1 day preoperative.The higher the score,the heavier the anxiety.Heart rate and systolic pressure were measured 1 day before operation and just before anesthesia.And postoperative patients satisfaction.Results: There were significant differences in comparison of the scores of HMAM,changes of heart rate and systolic pressure,and patient's satisfaction before and after operation(P0.05).Conclusion: The comfort nursing care seeking for maximum clinical effects is one kind of hoslitic general nursing care,which can have patients get psychological satisfaction and sense of security,ease patients' fear and anxiety,have the patients got surgery satisfied and improve the effectiveness of perioperative nursing.
