Immunodiagnostic value of rSj26-Sj32-HRP-IgG-Dot-ELISA for patients with acute schistosomiasis japonica.

To study the immunodiagnostic value of rSj26-Sj32-HR-IgG-Dot-ELISA for atients with acute Schistosomiasis jaonica,sera from arients were detected by HR-IgG-Dot-ELISA which established by urified rSj26-Sj32 fusion rotein and Schistosoma jaonicum adult worm antigen(SjAWA),and comared with detections results of sera from atients with clonorchiasis,aragonimiasis westermani,echinococciasis,heatitis B and ulmonary tuberculosis,as well as healthy eole.It showed that both of the ositive rates for rSj26-Sj32 and SjAWA in detection of sera from atients with acute schistosomiasis jaonica were 100%,and the secificities were 95.35% and 93.02%,resectively.Moreover,cross reactions different degrees were emerged between sera from atients with clonorchiasis,aragonimiasis westermani and alveolar echinococcosis and both of rSj26-Sj32 and SjAWA.It is suggested that the urified rSj26-Sj32 fusion ortein is one of the referable immunodiagnostic antigen for schistosomiasis jaonica.
