Abstract

Objective To explore the CT characteristics of adrenal tumors in adults,in order to improve the diagnosis and differential diagnosis.Method A retrospective analysis was on CT manifestations in 74 adults with adrenal tumor by surgery pathology or clinical confirmed. Results Thirty-nine patients with benign adrenal tumor, including 18 cases of adrenal adenoma,3 cases of benign pheochromocytoma,7 cases of adrenal cysts,3 cases of adrenal ganglioneuroma,6 cases of adrenal myelolipoma and 2 cases of adrenal schwannoma;35 cases of malignant tumors, including 2 cases of adrenal cortical carcinoma,31 cases of adrenal metastatic tumor, and 2 cases of malignant pheochromocytoma. Conclusion CT scan and enhanced scan can display the internal structure and imaging features better in adrenal tumor lesions, reflect the blood supply of lesions and pathological features, and is contribute to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of adrenal tumor.
