The CT appearance of adrenal tumors compared with its pathology

Objective:To evaluate the relationship between CT characteristic of adrenal tumor and their pathology morphology.Methods:The size,norphology,density and the contrast finding of the adrenal tumors and the relationship of the tumor with same side adrenal in 36 Case were studied,which was compaired with tumon's pathological histology.Result:31 case of them were diagnosed by the pathological histology,including 18 cases of adrenocortical adenoma,1 case of adrenal myelolipoma,3 cases of adrenal medullary pheochromocytoma,3 cases of adrenocortical adenocarcinoma,7 cases of metastases,2 cases of adrenal cyst,1 case of adrenal ganglioneuroma and 1 case of cystadenoma.Conclusion:Different adrenal tumons had their different characteristic of imaging,CT examnation is a best way for different diagnosis for adrenal tumons.
