Abstract
Objective To evaluate CT findings and differential diagnosis of adrenal neoplasms. Methods CT features of 27 cases of adrenal neoplasms proved by operation and pathology were analysed retrospectively. Results In 27 cases, 15 cases were adrenocortical adenoma, 4 cases were pheochromocytoma, 2 cases were adrenocortical carcinoma, 3 cases were metastatic carcinoma, newrofibroma, ganglioneuroma and adrenal myelolipoma were 1 case each other. Conclusion CT scan is very helpful in detecting adrenal tumor and provides important information for qualitative diagnosis.
