Abstract
The studying is micropropagation system on Liao-fu No.1(Hippophae rhamnoides L.) with stem apexes as explants under water culture in vitro.Research axillary buds and stem apexes induction through adding different growth regulating material in 1/3MS medium.The results showed the best time of inoculation was March,the inducing medium that stem apexes gets the best growth and the lowest proportion of browning was 1/3MS+6-BA 0.2 mg/L+NAA 0.05 mg/L,the multiplication medium was 1/3MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+IBA 0.3 mg/L,the rooting medium was 1/3MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L+IBA 0.5 mg/L.
