Abstract
The sterile plants and meristem of germinated dormancy buds of Hippophae rhamnoides L.were taken as explants cultured \%in vitro\% to induce the plant regeneration. The basic culture medium is 1/4 MS medium. The results showed that the shoot differentiation medium is 1/4 MS+6 BA 0.30 mg/L+NAA 0.002 mg/L,the multiplication medium is 1/4 MS+6 BA 0.1 mg/L+NAA 0.004 mg/L,The medium for rooting is 1/4 MS+NAA 0.05 mg/L+IBA 0.2 mg/L and the callus inducing medium is 1/4 MS+2,4 D 0.3 mg/L.
