Abstract

Cluster adventitious buds and calluses were induced from dormant and growing stem segments of fine variety named YOUSHENG of Hippophae rhamnoides L. from Russia.The tissue culture about other fine varieties can also be studied.The results showed that the amount of adventitious buds which were induced from dormant stem segments were more,the clone regenerated plants also were obtained easily.The basic culture medium is 1/2 MS medium,the basic multiplication medium is 1/3 MS medium.March is the best inoculation time.The inoculation medium is 1/2 MS+6BA 1.0 mg/L+IAA 0.5 mg/L,the callus inducing medium is 1/3 MS+KT 0.3 mg/L+NAA 0.03 mg/L,the multiplication medium is 1/3 MS+6BA 0.5 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L,the medium for rooting is 1/4 MS+NAA \{0.03 mg/L\}+IBA 0.1 mg/L.
