Abstract
Due to complexity of the structure of double-circular-arc gear, by taking advantage of the parameterized model building in Pro/Engineer, the finite element model of double-circular-arc gear is established. The model is led into the AN-SYS software, and its bending stress is analyzed by putting stress on the different position of tooth breadth of gears, thus finding out more precise stress analysis model.
