The Problems of and Solutions to Safeguarding Rights and Interests of Migrant Workers by Labor Union of Non-state-owned Enterprises: A Legislative Perspective

The labor union bears great responsibilities under existing system of protecting migrant workers' rights.However,the labor unions in non-state-owned enterprises are faced with such problems as lack of supervision,the weakness in protection,or even the absence.The solutions to these problems are to further improve legal system of labor union,to establish labor union's role as the representative and guardian of migrant workers' rights and interests,to organize migrant workers and build institutional mechanisms.
