On the Legal Protection of the Migrant Workers' Labor Rights and Interests

Abstract

Migrant workers,a special group appearing in the process of the industrialization and urbanization in our country,have become a class which cannot be neglected in our society now.Thus,the situation of their labor rights and interests is directly connected with the harmony and stability of the whole society.On the basis of the elaboration of the major problems existing in the legal protection of the migrant workers' labor rights and interests,the thesis analyzes the causes of these problems and goes further to propose some suggestions to perfect the legal protection of the migrant workers' labor rights and interests.
