On Trade Union's Role of Protecting Migrant Workers' Rights and Interests in the Development of Labor Market

Abstract

The number of migrant workers is increasing continuously in China and forcing the development of labor market.However,the protection of migrant workers' rights and interests is faced with many problems.As the protector of rights and interests of labor,trade union should adopt practical measures to protect migrant workers'rights and interests effectively.In the new position,trade unions are faced with six new problems in the process of protection.They should search new thought of protecting migrant workers'rights and interests.
