Abstract
Objective Single point of observation and comparison suspended abdominal laparoscopic myomectomy, general laparoscopic and traditional open surgery method the clinical effects of treatment of uterine fibroids. Methods Select our hospital from January 2006~December 2008, 126 cases of uterine fibroids treated patients were randomly divided into two groups (single-point suspension laparoscopic abdominal wall) and control group 1 (conventional open surgery group) and control group 2 (laparoscopic group) of the 42 patients, compared three groups of surgical results and complications. Results (1) the three groups from the operation time, blood loss, postoperative discharge time and postoperative hospital stay were significantly different on (P0.05, P0.01), with statistical significance; (2) the observation group postoperative complication rate was 2.38% (1 / 42), the control group postoperative complication rate was 16.6% (7 / 42) and 7.14% (3 / 42), a significant difference between the three groups (P0.01) with statistical significance. Conclusion Single point suspended abdominal laparoscopic myomectomy, a more traditional open surgery and general laparoscopic surgery for uterine fibroids with less trauma and faster recovery, fewer postoperative complications, advantages, is worthy of clinical use .
