Abstract

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of patients with uterine fibroids removed in laparoscopic and conventional open surgery removed. Methods The hospital from March 2010 to January 2013 were treated 98 patients with uterine fibroids as research subjects, according to the different surgical methods were randomly divided into observation group and control group 56 cases,42 cases observed in the laparoscopic group myomectomy, the control group underwent conventional open myomectomy, comparative analysis of the two groups of patients with clinical efficacy. Results The mean operative time(70. 15 ± 11. 77) min, blood loss was(120. 20 ± 30. 56) ml,postoperative discharge time was(31. 05 ±5. 00)h,postoperative ambulation time was(15. 01 ±3. 10)h,postoperative hospital stay(6. 51 ±2. 76)d,postoperative use of analgesics in patients with 4 cases(7. 14%),better than the control group, the difference was statistically significant(P 0. 05). Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy surgery for uterine fibroids with less damage, faster recovery, shorter hospital stay, complication rate, worthy of clinical application.
