Comparative Study of Laparoscopic and Open Surgery in the Treatment of Uterine Fibroids

Objective To contrast the clinical effectsof laparoscopic and open surgery in patients with uterine fibroids.Methods 200 patients with uterine fibroids were randomly divided into the observation group(n=100)and the control group(n=100),the observation group were treated with laparoscopic surgery and the control group were treated with open surgery,and then the clinical effects were contrasted between the two groups.Results The blood loss,exhaust time,hospital stay in the observation group were significantly less or shorter than the control group(P0.01),operative time longer than the control group(P0.01);The incidence of postoperative complications of the observation group was 11.0%(11/100),significantly lower than 23.0%(23/100)in the control group(P0.01).Conclusion Laparoscopic surgery has minor trauma,high security,and exactly effects in patients with uterine fibroids,it′s worthy of promotion in the premise of strict grasping of indications of the surgery.
