Clinical observation of large laparoscopic myomectomy

Objective To explore the clinical value of the laparoscopic myomectomy large. Methods According to the order of admission,98 patients with large uterine fibroids requiring surgery were randomly divided into observation group and control group(n = 49).The observation group were given uterine fibroids under laparoscopic cystectomy and the control group were given abdominal cystectomy uterine fibroids.Two groups were compared postoperative and follow-up indicators. Results The observation group was less than the control group at time to flatus after surgery,morbidity,pain rate,length of stay,etc.While the operative time was higher,the difference between groups was significant(P0.05).In blood loss,there was no significant difference between groups(P0.05). Conclusions Laparoscopic myomectomy large has the same effect with abdominal surgical procedures,but more with less trauma,bleeding much,rapid postoperative recovery and shorter hospital stay,fewer complications,is worthy of clinical application.
