Abstract

OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method of paeonol in Qianlieshu Pills by HPLC.METHODS C18 column(250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used and a mixture of methanol-water(50∶50)as the mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0mL·min-1.The detection wavelength was 274nm.RESULTS The linear range was 0.1192～0.5960μg,r=0.9996.The average recovery was 99.57%,RSD=1.42%.CONCLUSION The method was accurate,reproducible and can be applied in quality control of Qianlieshu Pills.
