Abstract

Objective:To establish the determination method of paeonol in Lixin Pills by HPLC.Method:C_(18)column (250mm×4.6mm,5μm)was used and a mixture of methanol-water(60:40)as the mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 ml·min~(-1).The detection wavelength was at 274nm. Result:The linear range was 5.2～41.4μg·min~(-1)(r=0.9998),The average recovery was 98.7%(RSD = 0.9%),Conclusion:The method is accurate,reproducible and ean be applied in quality control of in Lixin Pills.
