Abstract
Objective To observe the inhibition of chlorogenic acid(CA) on HBsAg,HBeAg in cultured cell line 2.2.15.Methods 2.2.15 cells were studied in vitro,The maximum non-toxic concentration was identified by cell toxicity experiments on CA.Below the maximum non-toxic concentration the drug was diluted into 250 μg/ml,125 μg/ml and 62.5 μg/ml used medium before 2.2.15 cells were treated. The medium was replaced by one of the same concentration every four days. The medium was collected at D4 and D8 and the content of HBsAg and HBeAg by ELISA was determined. Results The maximum non-toxic concentration of CA on 2.2.15 cells was 250 μg/ml and at this concentration the HBsAg,HBeAg were obviously inhibited. The inhibition ratio of HBeAg was 89.45% and 82.00% respectively at D4 and D8 and that of HBsAg was 86.54% and 88.00%,respectively.Conclusion CA could significantly inhibit the secretion of HbsAg and HBeAg on cultured cell line 2.2.15.
