Analysis of Economy Hotel Development Based on the Core Competence in China

The rapid development of economy hotel and the increasingly fierce competitions makes the core competence of economy hotel to become one of the focuses of economy hotel management.This paper studied the core competence of economy hotel,analyzed various constraint factors in developing core competitiveness of economy hotel and explored the growth counter measures of economy hotel based on their core competence.
