Abstract
Objective To establish a method for the determination of Chlorogenic acid in the effective part of Flos Lonicerae by HPLC.Methods Chlorogenic acid was determined by HPLC,the C18 column was used with the mobile phase,CH_3CN-H_2O-CH_3COOH(15∶85∶0.2).The flow rate was 0.8 ml·min~(-1) and the detection wavelength was at 327 nm.The column temperature was at 25 ℃ and sensitivity was 0.001 AUFS. Results The average recovery of chlorogenic acid was 104.8% with RSD 3.6%(n=6) and the linear range of chlorogenic acid was in 0.058 μg and 0.290 μg.Conclusion Themethod is simple and rapid with a good reproducibility.The method can be used for the quality control of Flos Lonicerae.
