Abstract
Objective To compare the chlorogenic acid content of Flos Lonicerae with different origins,different processing methods.Methods Experiments were performed on ODS-2 HYPERSIL column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.4% H3PO4(12:88),and the detection wavelength was 327nm.Results The standard curve of chlorogenic acid was linear with the regression coefficient of 0.999 90 in the testing range of 0.25~2μg.The average recovery was 100.6%,with RSD of 2.98%(n=6).Conclusion Content of chlorogenic acid in Flos Lonicerae from Jiutang,Huaiqun of Luocheng,Longan of Luocheng,Rongshui of Liuzhou was relatively higher.Chlorogenic acid in dehydrated Flos lnicerae was relatively higher,the steamed and the one smoked with sulphur followed.
