Abstract
The objectives to appraised Flos lonicerae's quality by the content of chlorogenic acid.Chlorogenic acid were extracted with Soxhlet extraction method,the content of chlorogenic acid in Flos lonicerae was determined by HPLC.The results indicated that detecting wavelength was 242 nm,the method was linear at chlorogenic acid ranging from 0.20 to 1.00 μg,RSD was 1.08,typical equation was Y=30 517.234 X+4.433,r=0.999 9(n=5),the content of chlorogenic acid was 2.6%.Therefore,Flos lonicera with good quality had great value on development and utilization.
