Abstract
Objective:To explore the best occasion to treat Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrome (MODS) patients with continuous veno-venous hereofiltration (CVVH) Methods: 32 patients with MODS were treated with CVVH. Severities of these patients were evaluated with acute physiology and chronic health evaluation (APACHE) Ⅱ scores before and after treatment respectively internal 24 hrs. Result: 32 cases classified to two groups (≥30 and <30 scores) according to APACHE Ⅱ, there had significantly deference affect after CVVH between the two groups (P<0.05). Conclusion: CVVH could have good effect in early MODS, especially before APACHE Ⅱ scores<30.
