Treatment of 21 Cases of Severe Acute Pancreatitis with Functional Failure in Multiple Organs

Abstract

Objective To compare the effect between routine treatment and routine treatment plus contin- uous veno-venous hemofihratilon(CVVH)in the patients with severe acute pancreatitis(SAP)and multiple dysfunction syndrome(MODS).Methods 21 patients with SAP and MODS were randomly divided into two groups(routine treatment group and CVVH group).The temperature,APPACH evaluation,PaO_2,blood amyl- ase,and BUN were analyzed after CVVH therapy.Results 9 patients died.The mortality of CVVH group was significantly lower than that in the routine treatment group.Conclusion The temperature,APPACH evalua- tion,PaO_2,blood amylase,albumin,CT diagnoses of pancreas in CVVH group were better than those in routine treatment group.So CVVH may be an important way to treat the patients with SAP and MODS.
