Integrative treatment of early postoperative intestinal obstruction

Objective Observed in the combination therapy of early postoperative inflammatory ileus in the clinical efficacy.Methods To be 76 patients were randomly divided into two groups,control group to conventional treatment,the treatment group were treated with compound Dachengqitang retention enema.Results Abdominal pain,bloating relief time,recovery of intestinal function,the first bowel movement,intestinal gas accumulation time of disappearance,the treatment group and control group,the difference was significant(P0.05);treatment group,the total effective rate 97.5% in the control the total effective rate 91.4%,the difference was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion In the conventional treatment based on the use of compound Dachengqitang fluid retention enema treatment of early postoperative intestinal obstruction effect is significant.
