Integrative Medicine efficacy of early postoperative intestinal obstruction

Objective Of Integrated Traditional and Western non-surgical treatment of abdominal postoperative clinical effect of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction.Methods 78 patients with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction were randomly divided into treatment group(38 cases)and control group(40 cases),the control group treated with conventional Western medicine to somatostatin,micro pumps continuous intravenous,once every 5-7 d;treatment group were treated on the basis of Chinese medicine to Chinese medicine plus Dachengqitang enema,2 times /d,7 d evaluated.Results Treatment group were cured,34 cases in 4 cases,no 0,the cure rate 89.5%;control group cured 32 cases,6 cases and ineffective in 2 cases,the cure rate of 80%.Cure rate of the two groups showed no significant difference.Conclusion Integrative Medicine is the treatment of non-surgICaL treatment of early inflammatory intestinal obstruction after abdominal surgery is safe and effective.
