Clinical Diagnosis and Treatment of Early Postoperative Inflammatory Ileus

Objective:To analysis of early postoperative inflammatory ileus clinically effective treatment.Methods:February 2011 to March 2012,74 patients after surgery with early inflammatory intestinal obstruction as the research object.Randomly divided into two groups,37 cases in control group treated by conventional therapy,37 cases in test group treated by somatostatin treatment,to observe the effects of two groups.Results:Treatment course of the test group patients is shorter than the control group,the patient's post-operative hospital stay is shorter than the control group,the difference in each indicator was statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion:Early postoperative inflammatory ileus patients treated by somatostatin can receive better efficacy,shorter hospitalization time,and thus reduce the economic pressure,it is worth application.
