Study on the Enterprise Management Mode based on the Scientific Development Concept

The management theories under the influence of traditional development concept not only confine the enterprises’ management objects within the social and economic management system and exclude the natural ecosystem,which separate economic management and ecological environment,but also form a materialized management mode in the enterprise management process which focuses on human beings’ instrumental value one-sidedly.But if we introduce scientific development concept focusing on the comprehensive system of ecology,economy and society into enterprise management,it means modern enterprise management mode should both based on economy and beyond the pure economic development and it should pursue an organic unification of economic performance,social fairness and ecological harmony.That is,it should focus on human beings’ external instrumental value and internal spiritual world even more.This is the new enterprise management mode combing human-oriented management and green management under the guidance of new scientific development concept.
