Research on the Expansion Concept of Human Based Modern Management

Modern management is the integration of rational management, human based management and institution arrangement. Human based management is the inevitable result of economic development with its realistic necessity, especially on this knowledge－ economy era. The basic idea of human basis is the expansion of the modern enterprise management concept. This paper puts forward the human based management idea and relative management strategy.
