The curative effect observation of Danshen Chuanxiongqin combined with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease 60 example

Objective: To investigate the clinical effect and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection combined with Astragalus I tion in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease. Methods: 118 cases of unstable angina pectoris patients were rand divided into treatment group and control group,two groups were given conventional treatment,treatment group on the basis of this,combined Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection and astragalus injection intravenous drip. Results: The clinical total effective rate of the treatment group an control group was 90% and 74. 14% ,the difference was statistically significant ( P 0. 01) . The ECG total effectiveness of two groups respec ly was 76. 67% and 60. 34% ,the difference was statistically significant( P 0. 05) . No obvious adverse drug reaction. Conclusion: Dan Chuanxiongqin Injection Combined with Astragalus Injection in the treatment of unstable angina pectoris of coronary heart disease has good tive effect,less side reaction.
