Effect Observation on Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on Treating Patients with Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 113 cases with unstable angina pectoris were divided randomly into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were given regular drugs,but the treatment group was added intravenously Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(85.7% vs 63.2%,P0.01).The total effective rate of electrocardiograph of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(76.8% vs 54.4%,P0.05).Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection is effective in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris,and has few side reaction.
