Clinical observation of danshen chuanxiongqin injection in treatment of coronary disease angina pectoris

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on angina pectoris. Methods 240 cases of angina pectoris patients admitted in Lishi District People's Hospital of Lvliang City from November 2010 to December 2012 were randomly divided into two group,control group(120 cases) were treated with regular western medicine,observation group(120 cases) were added Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on the basis of control group. The condition of disease remission in two groups were observed and compared. Results The efficiency and total efficiency in observation group were 62. 5% and 95%,which were significantly higher than 56. 7% and 87. 5% in control group(P 0. 05). The total effective rate of ECG in observation group was 92. 5%,significantly higher than 84. 2% in control group(P 0. 05). After treatment,the average onset angina weekly in observation group was(3. 2 ± 0. 3) times,the during time was(3. 3 ± 0. 4) min,which were improved significantly than before treatment and that of control group(P 0. 05). Conclusion Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection can effectively alleviate the symptoms of angina,improve microcirculation.
