The Clinical Observation of Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection into Unstable Angina Pectoris

Abstract

Objective To observe the clinical effect and safety of Danshen Chuanxiongqin injection on treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris.Methods 50 cases with unstable angina pectoris were divided randomly into treatment group and control group.Two groups were given regular drugs,but the treatment group was added intravenously Danshen Chuanxiortgqin injection.Results The total effective rate of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(88% VS 68%,P0.01).The total effective rate of electrocardiogram of treatment group was significantly higher than that of control group(80% VS 60%,P0.05).Conclusions Danshen Chuartxiongqin injection is effective in treatment of patients with unstable angina pectoris and has few side effects.
