Abstract
Changes in social and organizational structures have loosened the formulation of social organizations since China began to adopt its opening and reform policies.Changes in the structure of social classes and strata have brought a diversification and differentiation in interest for social groups,and therefore an disequilibrium in interest structures and intensification in interest relations.Changes in value structures have caused influxes in public ethics and credibility and crises in the identity of the traditional virtues.The building of a harmonious society must begin with policy guidance,institutional innovation,and concept identity so as to establish a social system full of vitality and with clear goals of development,a rational interest structures,harmonious interest relations and extensively accepted social identities.
